I highly recommend these lamps. The only problem we had: my husband was overly vigorous about assembling one of the lamps when we received it, and he broke one of the hinges. It was a tad too tight from the factory. But Koncept was fabulous about getting back to us and repairing it. The customer service was excellent. We have two desk minis, and two floor lamps, all of which I love. I do a lot of stitchery and handwork and it's great lighting for that, as well as for reading. It looks great too, especially if you like a low-profile lamp.
