The door chimes arrived promptly and look great next to our oak stairway. No problems. We're happy.

The Heath-Zenith 79/M has a loud, yet pleasant sound that can be heard throughout my home, unlike the builders grade unit it replaced. It arrived intact in a reasonable period of time using standard shipping. The instructions were adequite, and installation was quick and easy. My only complaint is that the finish on the wood cover appears to be more of a stain than a varnish, so it lacks the shiny finish that would match my kitchen cabinets. That, of course, will be easily corrected with a small can of varnish and a paintbrush.
