This light is perfect for the space I required light. The remote is the selling point as the light is hung higher than I can reach, thus I can adjust the lighting effect and turn on/off as I need with no trouble at all. GREAT light!!!

Just installed it on the wall and it was easy. However, still wondering - after the purchase - if I should have hardwired a unit as opposed to a battery-operated unit (I hate the idea of having to dig out my ladder to replace a battery). Really like the remote feature, but if you cruised the internet like I did you would have found this is mainly the only picture light that is battery operated with a remote. The LED lights are awesome and more than enough. Wish the unit came in different designs and colors (black would be nice and neutral).

We are very happy with this purchase. Our daughter, an artist, gave ua a large, beautiful painting, which she hung in our bedroom. It needed light for best appreciation. This light does an excellent job . The light fixture came well-protected in a sturdy box and arrived when the seller promised. They even provided both wood screws and molly-bolt type screws, so we were covered however we decided to install the light. We are looking at other paintings to see if they would be aided with a similar light.
