"dual bright" needs to be explained more clearly. Not too many people can understand from the current directions on setup, the idea of a light that will stay on for a few hours at dusk before shifting to motion activation.
I had to work with it for a few days before I understood that the light could be set to be on all night and not be motion activated at all. I felt like a dummy when I realized the genius of it. I am very pleased with it and have three of them now.

I have one other entry way and will get another replacement lamp soon.

First the good news. The two outside lamps (sconces) are beautiful and they work very well although instructions are not the clearest and incomplete. I've had to do trial an error to getting them working where I want. As you know these are lamps that go at half power when not actively reacting to movement. Another customer complained about the same thing. Maybe is time to add clarification, keeping in mind that we are homeowners with not experience in newer products.

Now, the almost bad news. The two lamps came in boxes from the mfg.
and those were then put in a large cardboard box. This outer box was
crushed at one end but fortunately did not affect the product. There was not sufficient packing to cushing them. Also the outer box was pieced together from part of other boxes.

All in all I was glad that I ordered these lamps. The finish and looks are well worth the purchase and effort to understand how they work.
